Racing Engine Oil Scavenge pump.
A complete assessment was carried out and reverse engineering exercise completed on an existing used pump assembly, which was no longer available from the original manufacturer.
A full set of CAD models and drawings were supplied so that all assembly components could be manufactured. Alongside the individual component’s drawings, a full BOM (bill of materials) was also included so that all nuts bolts, seals bearings etc. that were specified within the design were detailed for ease of purchasing and assembly.
